An important message from PSS

It is with sadness that we have to tell you that the Pension Support Service contract to help staff at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is ending on the 31st May 2025.

Other commitments has meant the Trust has not renewed the contract with ourselves and therefore our support for all things NHS Pensions is no longer available.

If you need any help with your pension, any technical aspects, McCloud decisions, questions about retirement, partial-retirement, retire and return, errors to your service records, what forms are needed and how to complete them and the many other areas we helped staff with and the decisions you need to make, please redirect all these enquiries to Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Health and Wellbeing Team:
