You can access your TRS several ways.

It is normally accessible through your employer intranet.  If you have access to this e.g. ESR Self Service you can view your statement using the link, normally under a Pensions heading.

Your TRS is also held securely on a dedicated NHS website. To view your statement Log-in or Register at Login – Total Rewards Statement (totalrewardstatements.nhs.uk)

If when you are on either site there is a statement that begins; “We have unfortunately not been able to produce…” then you need to contact NHSBSA (Pensions) and tell them this.  They will then produce a manually calculated one.  This can take up to three months.  Their number is 0300 3301 346.
