How do I use the PSS?

Once you have registered and have full access to the site, you can use the service in a variety of ways:

Surf the Site –  You can simply identify the area of pension advice that you require information on, read it, understand it and leave the site.

Ring an Expert – On the site you will see this symbol. This will direct you to a free phone number that you can call and speak to an independent medical specialist advisor.

Email an Expert – On the site you will also see this symbol.  If at any point whilst ‘surfing’ you want to email a question, click on the symbol and an email will open that you can complete. This will go straight to the PSS inbox and a medical specialist advisor will reply to you as soon as possible.

Meet an Expert – If after everything else, you feel that you need a face to face meeting, then click on this symbol and you will be directed to the Next Event section where you will see a list of all the upcoming dates, simply choose the best one for you.
